Megan is a poet and founding member of wordsinhere and is the Editor of Versal. She began her study of poetry in Tennessee with descendants of the Fugitive tradition and received her BFA at the University of Montana, Missoula. She lives in Amsterdam with her partner, artist Shayna Schapp. Her poem 'Verse in A' was nominated for the 2005 Pushcart Prize.
