Born in Moscow, 1971, Anna Arov immigrated to Canada in 1980, where she managed to avoid culture shock, get a degree in English and Russian literature and move on. After four years in Paris, she now resides in the Netherlands. As a poet trying to make it in the Dutch scene, she has even performed in a windmill. Anna is the author of Observatory, a book of poetry illustrated by Leon Dekker. Her poems also appear in art installations.
